This Privacy Policy explains what information SMMDude ("we", "us") collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: the email address and password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text) you provide when registering.
• Order information: the service, link, and quantity you submit when placing an order, and the resulting order status and charge.
• Wallet information: your balance and top-up requests, including any payment reference or note you submit with a top-up request.
• API key: a unique key generated for your account to authenticate API requests.
• Technical information: a session cookie used to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (such as IP address and request timestamps) generated by normal web server operation.

We do not collect payment card numbers or crypto wallet private keys — wallet top-ups are reviewed and credited manually based on the reference/note you provide.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and maintain your account and wallet balance;
• To process and fulfill the orders you submit, which requires sending the link, service, and quantity for that order to our upstream fulfillment provider;
• To communicate with you about your account, orders, or top-up requests;
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service;
• To maintain the security and proper functioning of the Service.

3. Sharing of Information

We share only the minimum information necessary to fulfill your orders with our upstream fulfillment provider (the link, service identifier, and quantity for that specific order). We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Service, our users, or the public.

4. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes.

6. Security

Passwords are stored using one-way hashing (bcrypt) and are never visible to us in plain text. The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or legitimate business retention requirements.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
